1 cup (250ml) coconut milk, chilled

1/3 cup (80ml) coconut water, chilled

1 cup (20g) roughly torn kale leaves, stem removed

1 cup (140g) peeled pineapple, chopped

1/2 (55g) peeled frozen banana, chopped

1/4 lime, peeled

Two teaspoons white chia seeds

Two ice cubes
