This breakfast recipe is made with Brevilles The Boss ™, which features a ProKinetix (r) bowl and blade system, allowing it to pulverize virtually any combination.

Ingredients:

Natural Greek yogurt 140g (1/2 cup), reduced fat

65g (1/2 cup) oat bran

Two tablespoons white chia seeds

30ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) maple syrup or honey

Six pitted dates, roughly chopped

500ml (2 cups) chilled milk, almond, rice or soy milk

Two ripe bananas, peeled, roughly chopped

Method:

  1. Use your Breville Boss ™ Blender for the best results.
  2. Pour all ingredients into the Blender and close the lid.
  3. Blend until smooth, or use the SMOOTHIE feature.
