Pears are a great way to make a dairy-free, green smoothie. If you prefer, sweeten this smoothie with rice syrup or agave.


Two frozen bananas, chopped

3/4 cup chopped kale

Two ripe Pears, peeled, cored, chopped

One tablespoon of rice malt syrup/or agave

250ml vanilla almond milk

3-4 ice cubes


  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender. Blend at high speed.
  2. Serve immediately
