Smoothies made with rice milk, yogurt, strawberries, and pears are a healthy and delicious option.
Ingredients:
2 Pears, peeled, chopped
Six strawberries, washed and hulled
Ten seedless grapes of choice
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 cup rice milk
3-4 ice cubes
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in the blender. Blend at high speed.
- Serve immediately
