Four eggs

1/4 cup cream

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped chives

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter


  1. Add the cream, parmesan, and chives to a bowl. Add the parmesan, cream, and chives. Add salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients.
