These three simple recipes will show you how to scramble the perfect eggs every time. They range from the basic to the creamy and include a microwave method.


Four eggs

2 tbsp milk

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter

Toast to serve


  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and season with pepper and salt. Combine by whisking.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. When the butter starts to sizzle, add the egg mixture. Use a heatproof spoon to gently push and drag the eggs around the pan until they are just cooked, or cooked to your preference.
  3. Serve the eggs on toast immediately.
