Ingredients:
Smoothie1 cup (250ml) soy milk, chilled
1/2 cup (65g) frozen diced mango
1/2 cup (60g) frozen raspberries
To Serve1/3 cup (40g) frozen raspberries
1/4 cup (35g) organic granola
1/2 peach, sliced
One tablespoon pepitas
Method:
Smoothie
- This recipe uses the Breville Personal Blender, which pulverizes fruits, vegetables, nuts, and leafy greens.
- Put ingredients in a tumbler and lock the blades.
- Lock the motor base into place and pulse until the mixture combines. Blend for 15-20 seconds more or until smooth.
To Serve
- Serve with raspberries and granola on top of a bowl.
