Avocado Breakfast SmoothieOne medium banana, chopped
One avocado
2 cups ice
1 cup coconut water
One tablespoon honey
Tropical Breakfast SmoothieOne medium banana, chopped
One avocado
1 cup coconut water
One tablespoon honey
3 cups frozen mango pieces
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1 cup coconut milk
Fresh mango wedges (optional) and desiccated coconut to serve
Raspberry Yoghurt Breakfast SmoothieOne medium banana, chopped
One avocado
1 cup coconut water
One tablespoon honey
2 cups frozen raspberries
1?4 cup Greek yogurt, plus extra to serve
Method:
Avocado Breakfast Smoothie
- Place avocado, bananas, coconut water, and ice, along with honey, in the blender. Blend at high speed until it is smooth. Pour into glasses for serving.
Tropical Breakfast Smoothie
- Place avocado, banana honey, and coconut water, as well as pineapple and mango, along with coconut milk. Blend at the highest speed to make it smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve with coconut and mango wedges if you like it.
Raspberry Yoghurt Breakfast Smoothie
- Place avocado, bananas, coconut water, honey, raspberries, and yogurt in a blender. Blend at high until smooth. Pour into glasses gar,nish with more yogurt, and serve
