Ingredients:
Four slices of Helga’s Traditional White Bread
Four eggs
2/3 cup grated Tasty Cheese
Method:
- Preheat oven to 240degC/220degC with fan. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Make an indentation in each piece of bread large enough to hold an egg.
- Crack eggs carefully into the bread indentation. Sprinkle cheese around the border. Bake for 5-10 min until egg is golden. Season
- Serve with Nescafe blend 43 coffee.
