French Toast is no longer the same old recipe. Now, we are introducing vegan French Toast, which is delicious and easy to make! Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup, and whipped cream for the ultimate breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Milky Lite
Two tablespoons maple syrup, plus extra to serve
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Big pinch of ground cinnamon
2/3 cup flour of choice
Cooking spray
Eight slices bread
Berries, to serve
Method:
- Whisk together the flour, soymilk, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined. Set it aside
- Spray oil on a nonstick frying pan and heat it until very hot. Dip each side of a slice of bread in the batter.
- Place in pan and cook for 1 to 2 mins on each side, until crispy and brown. Transfer the bread to a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining bread. Serve with extra maple syrup and fresh berries.
